Vantage FRA21 is a key facility within the Vantage FRA2 - Frankfurt II Campus, situated in Raunheim, Germany, just southwest of Frankfurt. This 7-acre site is designed to deliver 56MW of critical IT load across 485,000 square feet. The campus emphasizes sustainability with a low PUE target of 1.3, utilizing hyper-efficient cooling with air-side economizers and near-zero water usage. Power is supplied by Westnetz from an on-site 100MVA substation, featuring N+1 redundancy and concurrent maintainability. Connectivity is robust with multiple diverse fiber pathways and carrier neutrality. Security is paramount, with 24x7x365 on-site operations, CCTV, and dual authentication. The facility also provides dedicated customer offices, conference rooms, and amenities, all within a 10-kilometer drive of Frankfurt International Airport.
