GDC - Frankfurt 3H

GDC – Frankfurt 3-H, operated by NTT DATA, is a new data center under development at the Frankfurt 3 Data Center Campus (FRA3), located at Karl-Landsteiner-Ring 4 in Rüsselsheim/Main, Germany. The building is being developed to meet growing demand for digital infrastructure in the Frankfurt and Rhine–Main markets and will operate independently from the existing data center facilities on the campus.

Construction of Frankfurt 3-H began in early 2026 following the completion of the approval process in August 2025. The new building is designed to provide an additional 6MW of IT capacity and is expected to be completed in autumn 2027. The project uses CFA piling for its foundations, a construction method selected to reduce noise and vibration impacts on the surrounding area.

Frankfurt 3-H will benefit from the established infrastructure and operational environment of the FRA3 Campus, which spans approximately 28,100 square meters and currently provides up to 60MW of IT capacity across its existing data center facilities.
