Equinix FR10x, located at Friesstraße 5 in Frankfurt, Germany, is a significant data center facility. The project involved the construction of a three-story, 16.8MW data center, complemented by an attached four-story front of house. The structure incorporates an in-situ concrete raft slab and a precast concrete frame. Additionally, a three-story in-situ concrete generator building was erected as part of the development.
The comprehensive groundworks undertaken included substantial ground remediation and sheet piling. Underground services, such as drainage pipe and ducting runs, were installed, alongside precast concrete manholes, chambers, and attenuation tanks. The project also encompassed hard landscaping, including paving, asphalt roads, and fencing.
