GARBE Malesherbois

GARBE Data Centers is set to develop a significant data center facility in Malesherbois, France. The project involves the conversion of a former 65,000 sqm printworks, previously owned by Maury Imprimeur, located south of Paris. This brownfield site, situated near major motorways (A6, A19, A10, A11), is undergoing comprehensive modernization. The development aims to create a sustainable asset with high environmental standards, focusing on energy efficiency and space optimization. The data center's development is contingent on Enedis authorizing a grid connection. While specific IT capacity and opening dates are not yet revealed, this initiative aligns with France's broader digital infrastructure expansion to meet growing demands, particularly from AI companies. GARBE Data Centers is actively developing similar facilities across Europe.
