Trevian Rusko

Trevian Rusko is a planned data center development by Trevian Asset Management, located on former Nokia premises in Rusko, Oulu, Finland. This project is part of Trevian's broader strategy to invest in the data center space, with plans to develop on both Rusko and Leväsuo sites. The combined developments aim to create an entity emphasizing redundancy, usability, and scalability, offering a competitive operating environment for data center operators. Approximately 60,000 sqm of development land is involved in the Oulu Trevian Datacenter I Ky investment. Trevian Asset Management is an independent real estate investment and asset management company in Finland with significant assets under management.
