Trevian Leväsuo

Trevian Leväsuo is a forthcoming data center development situated in Oulu, Finland, at Elektroniikkatie 10. This project, spearheaded by Trevian Asset Management, is part of a larger initiative to redevelop former Nokia sites for data center use in the Oulu region. The Leväsuo development area encompasses approximately 60,000 sqm (645,835 sq ft) of land, which will be integrated into the Oulu Trevian Datacenter I Ky investment. The development aims to create a highly competitive operating environment by emphasizing redundancy, usability, and scalability, crucial for advanced digital solutions. Trevian Asset Management is a Finnish real estate investment and asset management company with significant assets under management, and this venture marks their investment into the data center space. The combined development of Rusko and Leväsuo sites is intended to provide critical capacity and infrastructure readiness for data center operators in the growing Finnish market.
