Established in 2003, Hostingcenter Århus is a modern data center, located very centrally on Silkeborgvej in Århus C (the second largest city in Denmark). It's close to public transport and close to the freeway as well.
The data center has all the necessary features for a professional data center:
- Redundant aircondition
- Redundant UPS and diesel generators
- Redundant fiber connection
- Automatic Inergen fire suppression
- Alarm system
There are two different power feeds with seperated UPS/generators for redundancy.
There are multiple server rooms available with 24/7 access via personal ID cards, pin code and alarm code.
Co-location is available for single servers as well as entire racks (either by renting a rack or a footprint - rented racks are available as 1/4, 1/2 or 1/1).

The datacenter is not carrier neutral, but offers mixed bandwidth from other Danish carriers via fiber from Global Connect and Nianet, as well as a direct fiber peer with the leading Danish ISP (TDC).
