eStruxture Data Centers CAL-3

eStruxture's CAL-3 Data Center is a high-density, Tier III-designed facility scheduled to open in fall 2026 in Calgary, Alberta. With a total capacity of 90MW, it is built to support large-scale AI clusters and enterprise applications, offering advanced colocation and network services.

CAL-3 is designed for efficiency, featuring power densities exceeding 125kW per cabinet, redundant cooling modules, and a fully configurable space with options for cabinets, cages, and suites. The facility is also carrier-neutral, ensuring seamless connectivity with all major providers.

Located in Calgary, CAL-3 benefits from the region’s stable energy resources and strong infrastructure. It is equipped with robust security measures, including 24/7 surveillance, biometric authentication, and on-site security personnel to ensure operational resilience.
