Crusoe Lone Pine Energy Park

Crusoe Cloud is developing the Crossfield Energy Park, a significant AI data center facility located in Crossfield, Alberta, Canada. This project is part of a multi-year framework agreement with Kalina Distributed Power (KDP) to build AI data centers colocated with KDP's natural gas-fired power plants. The Crossfield Energy Park will be situated on a 320-acre site and will be powered by a 170MW gas-fired power plant. This plant will incorporate carbon capture and sequestration technology, aligning with KDP's commitment to sustainable energy solutions. The data center will benefit from access to critical infrastructure, including electricity transmission, gas pipelines, and fiber optic cables. Environmental studies are underway, with completion expected in 2025. Crusoe Cloud will own and operate the data center, purchasing power from KDP through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement.
