Microsoft Seven Hills Campus

Microsoft Station Road Data Center Campus is a two-building data center development located at 57 Station Road in Seven Hills, Western Sydney, Australia. Microsoft began construction of the campus in 2023, with Building One and Building Two developed as separate data center buildings on the site.

Construction of Building One progressed through 2023 and was completed by December 2023, with fit-out work subsequently underway. Construction of Building Two began in July 2023, following groundwork and foundation works, with structural, roofing, façade, and infrastructure works progressing through 2024.

The campus is designed to support Microsoft's expanding data center infrastructure in Western Sydney. Construction activities were managed by FDC Construction for Building One and Taylor Construction Group for Building Two, with the project incorporating dedicated construction and site-management measures to minimize impacts on the surrounding community.
