Microsoft Seven Hills - Building 1 is a data center facility situated at 57 Station Road in Seven Hills, Western Sydney, Australia. This facility is part of the larger Microsoft Station Road Data Center Campus, a two-building development initiated by Microsoft in 2023. Construction for Building One commenced and was successfully completed by December 2023, with subsequent fit-out operations. The campus is strategically developed to bolster Microsoft's growing data center presence in the Western Sydney region. FDC Construction managed the construction of Building One, employing site-management measures to mitigate community impact.
