A significant data center development is planned for 90 Aldington Road in Kemps Creek, West Sydney, Australia. The application submitted to the New South Wales government outlines a facility with a potential capacity of 168MW, distributed across twelve 14MW data halls. The site, spanning 92,400 sqm, is currently undeveloped land adjacent to industrial facilities. The proposed data center is designed to support direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology. Additionally, a 1GW substation is planned to serve the wider industrial park. The project is a collaboration between Fife Capital, an alternative investment management firm, and Stockland, a major Australian property group. The total investment for this development could reach AU$3.94 billion (US$2.7 billion).
