Stavian Digital Park is a proposed 300-hectare data center development located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The project aims to establish a large-scale artificial intelligence and cloud campus, with Phase 1 targeting 300MW of power capacity by 2030. The development plans include international subsea connectivity of up to 200 Tb/s and a carrier-neutral design to attract a diverse range of users, including cloud service providers, enterprises, and government digital infrastructure. A feasibility study, led by Cushman & Wakefield and backed by the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), is assessing the site's suitability for a major AI and cloud campus. The project also emphasizes sustainability, with plans for an energy mix featuring on-site solar generation and other renewable energy infrastructure to support the growing demand for cleaner power sources in the data center industry. Stavian Digital Park is intended to complement the proposed MViSTA submarine cable system, enhancing Vietnam's international connectivity.
