The SGI-HCM Campus, located in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is a planned 200MW AI data center complex with the capacity to operate 100,000 GPUs. This large-scale project is a collaboration between Accelerated Infrastructure Capital (AIC), Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank). KBC, with expertise in industrial park development, aims to upgrade its industrial value chain by integrating digital and high-tech infrastructure. AIC brings international experience in data center development and operation, with a significant investment portfolio. VietinBank will serve as the financial partner, facilitating project finance and capital mobilization. The total expected investment is nearly 2 billion USD. The campus, spanning 10 hectares, will be developed to international standards, emphasizing energy efficiency, information security, and sustainability, contributing to Vietnam's digital industrial infrastructure development and its national strategy for science, technology, and digital transformation.
