Viettel An Khanh DC, located in An Khanh, Hanoi, Vietnam, is a significant development in the nation's digital infrastructure. Designed to Uptime Institute Tier III standards, it aims to be a symbol of high-tech infrastructure in the Northern region.
The facility will feature a total power capacity of 60 MW and accommodate 2,400 racks, with the first block spanning nearly 20,000 m². It is being constructed with international technology and standards, including HPC machine rooms capable of up to 60 kW/rack for supercomputers and AI infrastructure. The data center is engineered for energy efficiency with a PUE index of ≤ 1.4, advanced refrigeration, and a 5-layer security system.
This project is a key component of Viettel's national digital infrastructure strategy, working in conjunction with the Tan Phu Trung Data Center to form Viettel's largest Hyperscale Data Center system. It is intended to strengthen national data storage and processing capabilities, support AI and e-government applications, and drive digital transformation across various sectors.
