BTC Digital Vietnam

BTC Digital Vietnam is a proposed AI data center project in Hai Phong, Vietnam, stemming from a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between BTC Digital Ltd., Nam Trang Cat Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (NTC), and SG Partners Co., Limited (SGP). The facility is planned for the Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park, a large industrial zone with a projected power load of approximately 300MW. The initial phase involves a feasibility study covering site conditions, power, network, cooling, permitting, customer demand, and financing. NTC will support local coordination and site verification, while BTC Digital will handle technical evaluation and SGP will focus on investor engagement. The MoU has a two-year term with a six-month exclusivity period, and any definitive agreements are subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.
