Lunavi Cheyenne

Green House Data's new Cheyenne facility, in partnership with 1547 Critical Systems Realty, went into operation.

CIM Group and 1547 Critical Systems Realty fully acquired 340 Progress Circle in April 2018. 1547 served as the managing partner that developed the facility for Green House Data in 2015.

Green House Data rebranded to Lunavi, as part of a shift in focus to services.

CIM Group sold a portfolio four US data centers it owned alongside fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547) to investment firm Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC and 1547.
