CleanSpark has acquired two Bitcoin mining sites in Wyoming, securing 75 megawatts of available power. The company plans to break ground on the new facilities shortly after closing the agreement.
The mining sites will deploy a combination of S21 and S21 Pro machines, which are among the most powerful and efficient Bitcoin mining equipment available. Once fully operational, the facilities are expected to contribute over four exahashes per second to CleanSpark's total hashrate.
The agreement includes the potential to expand the sites by an additional 55 megawatts, which would bring the total contribution to over seven exahashes per second. This expansion aligns with CleanSpark's goal of reaching 50 exahashes per second across its operations.
