The Vantage WA11 data center, located on a 68-acre campus in Quincy, Washington, is part of a three-facility site designed to house digital infrastructure in the western United States. This campus provides 775,000 square feet of space and supports 89MW of critical IT load. It offers the lowest power rates in the country, combined with state tax breaks, to deliver a low total cost of ownership. WA11 holds Tier III certifications from the Uptime Institute for Design Documents, Constructed Facility, and Operational Sustainability (Gold), as well as LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The facility emphasizes reliable and sustainable power from Grant County Power Utility District, efficient cooling systems with N+1 redundancy, customizable connectivity with multiple carriers, stringent 24x7x365 security, and amenities including dedicated office space and conference rooms.
