PowerHouse Data Centers

PowerHouse Pacific is planned to open in 2026, with 3 purpose-built buildings being completed with 6 months between each.

The 3 buildings will be situated on a 43 acre plot, that was previously home to the AOL HQ in Sterling, Virginia.

The three buildings will provide a total of 716,170 square feet of data halls, over 24 different halls. The data halls will have a total capacity of 222 MW critical power, while the total onsite power capacity is 265 MW.

Building A will be a 3 story 90 MW data center, with 227,500 square feet per floor.

Building B will be a 3 story 84 MW data center, with 198,700 square feet per floor.

Building C will be a 3 story 48 MW data center, with 134,500 square feet per floor.

PowerHouse is taking requests for space for 2026.
