PointOne

PointOne has announced plans for a new data center at the Dulles Design Center in Sterling, Virginia. The facility will be a two-story, 244,000-square-foot data center located on a 9.4-acre site. The project has received conditional approval from Loudoun County's land use regulators. 

PointOne is also exploring the possibility of expanding onto adjacent parcels, which could potentially increase the development to 665,000 square feet across three parcels. This initiative is part of PointOne's broader strategy to scale its operations, with plans to build 14 data centers in total. The company currently operates three data centers in Virginia, located in Remington, Richmond, and Virginia Beach.
