MD-DC3 is Menlo Digital’s largest data center campus to date, located in Richmond, Virginia, and set across 74 acres. This expansive site will feature four buildings totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet, with 300MW of secured power to support hyperscale and AI-driven infrastructure. Positioned just over 11 miles from Richmond International Airport, it offers strong regional connectivity for enterprise and cloud deployments.

Designed with future scalability in mind, the campus aims to accommodate high-density workloads through flexible layouts and advanced energy provisioning. Its conceptual master plan reflects Menlo Digital’s commitment to sustainable, capacity-rich developments capable of evolving with next-generation compute demands.

MD-DC3 also qualifies for Virginia’s data center tax incentives, which support significant capital investment and job creation. The site’s scale and strategic placement further reinforce Menlo Digital’s growing presence in key East Coast markets.
