The Iron Mountain RCH Campus, situated in Sandston, Virginia, is a significant data center development located within the White Oak Technology Park. This 66-acre site is poised to deliver over 200 MW of IT capacity upon full build-out, with RCH-1 and RCH-2 currently under development. RCH-1 is planned as a 364,860 sq ft facility with 48 MW of capacity, expecting its first 18 MW in 2027. The campus is designed to be a compelling alternative to Northern Virginia data centers, catering to both hyperscale and highly regulated organizations.
