Chirisa Digital Drive DC2 is a planned data center campus located at 1600 Digital Drive in Chesterfield County, Virginia, part of the Richmond market. Developed by Chirisa and American Real Estate Partners, the project involves two buildings totaling 380,000 square feet. Each building is designed to be approximately 190,000 square feet and will have 100 MW of power. The first building is anticipated to open in late 2027, with the second following in mid-2028. The site, previously occupied by an unfinished factory, was acquired by the developers. Private equity firm Blue Owl is providing financial backing for the project. CoreWeave is identified as the sole tenant for the data halls. The development leverages Richmond's status as a tier-one market and its strategic proximity to the D.C. data hub, as well as Virginia's strong data center ecosystem.
