Chirisa Digital Drive DC1 is a planned data center campus located at 1600 Digital Drive in Chesterfield County, Virginia, part of the Richmond market. Developed by Chirisa and American Real Estate Partners, the project involves two buildings totaling 380,000 square feet. Each building is designed to be approximately 190,000 square feet and will have 100 MW of power. The campus is situated on a 100-acre property within Meadowville Technology Park. One building is anticipated to be operational in late 2027, with the second expected in mid-2028. The site was acquired in 2024. The project is supported by private equity firm Blue Owl. DPR Construction is serving as the general contractor, Gensler as the architect, and Bohler as the civil engineer. The location benefits from its proximity to the Washington D.C. data hub and a skilled workforce. CoreWeave is the designated tenant for the data halls.
