Amazon AWS is planning to develop the Northeast Creek Technology Campus in Louisa County, Virginia. This expansive 374-acre campus will be located on the west line of Jefferson Highway (Route 33) and east of Desper Creek. The project will feature ten data center buildings, each covering 382,000 square feet, along with three substations and various logistic and administrative buildings.
The development is part of Amazon's broader strategy to expand its data center infrastructure in Virginia, a state already home to several of its facilities. The Northeast Creek Technology Campus will significantly enhance Amazon's capacity to meet the growing demand for cloud computing and digital services.
