Amazon AWS IAD - Cosner Tech B is the second building situated on the Cosner Tech Campus, a substantial data center development by Amazon Data Services, Inc. This campus, located at 3915 Massaponax Church Rd in Carters Store, Virginia, is part of the US East (N. Virginia) AWS region (us-east-1). The overall Cosner Tech Campus is planned to span approximately 1.9 million square feet of data center space across 329 acres. The initial phase includes two 250,000-square-foot data centers, a substation, an office building, a water treatment facility, and a logistics facility.
