Vantage VA4 - Fredericksburg

Vantage Data Centers is developing the VA4 campus in Fredericksburg, Virginia, a significant expansion featuring a planned 192MW capacity across three buildings on an 82-acre site. This new development will encompass approximately 929,000 square feet and is designed to accommodate liquid-cooled technologies. Ground has been broken on the project, with the first building anticipated to be operational by late 2027. This marks Vantage's fourth data center presence in Virginia, increasing their statewide capacity to 782MW and representing a total investment of approximately $8 billion in the region. The Fredericksburg location offers strategic access to the resources of Data Center Alley while avoiding high congestion zones, supporting the area's growth as a digital hub and contributing to economic development.
