CleanArc VA1-3

CleanArc Data Centers is embarking on an ambitious project with the development of the VA1 Campus in Caroline County, Virginia. This state-of-the-art data center campus is designed to meet the growing demands of hyperscale and AI companies. The VA1 Campus will deliver an initial 200MW of capacity by Q3 2026, with plans to expand to over 600MW by mid-2027.

The campus will feature three buildings, each with two data halls, and will be built on a 650-acre site. CleanArc is committed to sustainability, incorporating renewable energy sources to offset utility power consumption and minimize environmental impact. The development will also conserve more than 300 acres of land and have minimal impact on local wetlands.
