STACK Infrastructure is expanding its presence in Virginia with a significant development at the Southern Virginia Megasite at Berry Hill. The company is acquiring up to 2,990 acres in Pittsylvania County, with the potential to invest up to $73 billion over three decades. The site, located near Danville, offers substantial land, with the largest contiguous parcel being 2,102 acres. It is strategically positioned with access to power from an existing 100MW substation and a nearby 125MW solar facility with battery storage. The location also benefits from direct access to the Williams Transco Pipeline. The area has been rezoned to facilitate heavy industrial development, including data centers, making it a prime location for large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
