Chantilly Premier is a 402,000 sq ft, three-story data center development by Penzance, located in Chantilly, Virginia, at Lee Jackson Memorial Highway and Stonecroft Boulevard. The project is situated in proximity to Route 50 and existing warehouses, approximately one mile south of Dulles International Airport.

Penzance secured approval for the development in January 2024, following initial news of their interest in October 2022. The company has broken ground on the facility, which is a 100 percent leased powered shell. Construction financing of $100 million was secured from QuadReal Property Group.

The data center is set on approximately 80 acres of land. Penzance has committed to safety measures including enclosing diesel generators, providing water quality monitoring, and conducting a noise study. The development also includes dedicating a 67-acre resource protection area as a park to serve as a buffer for nearby residents. Dominion will construct a new substation to support the facility.
