Serverfarm Vienna Cloud

Serverfarm is redeveloping the Tysons Technology Center at 7980-7990 Quantum Drive in Vienna, Virginia, into the Serverfarm Vienna Cloud data center campus. The project involves replacing two 1970s office blocks with new data center buildings. The first phase at 7980 Quantum will feature a 95,015 sq ft (8,827 sqm) facility, followed by a 221,215 sq ft (20,552 sqm) building at 7990 Quantum in the second phase. The site is strategically located approximately 500 meters from the original MAE-East Internet Exchange Point. Serverfarm, a global data center developer founded in 2009 and acquired by Manulife in 2023, operates 10 data centers across North America, Europe, and Israel.
