The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors voted to rezone a 22-acre site near Leesburg Executive Airport, allowing industrial park development. The vote passed by a narrow margin, with County Chair Phyllis J. Randall casting the deciding vote.
The site allows for up to 556,746 square feet of data center space. Alternative uses could include warehousing or flex industrial facilities. No timeline or capacity estimates have been disclosed yet.
