Antelope Data Campus - Building 3

The Antelope Data Campus, developed by Pronghorn Development, is a 640-acre master-planned infrastructure ecosystem located northwest of Cedar City, Utah. Designed for high-density compute operations and multi-generational scalability, the campus integrates utility readiness, robust transportation access, and environmental stewardship.

The master plan includes up to five specialized technological facilities, each approximately 1.35 million square feet, designed to support 300 MW of on-site power generation. The infrastructure is engineered with underground power and bundled fiber utility corridors. The site is buffered by Bureau of Land Management land, separating it from residential areas.

Pronghorn Development emphasizes responsible resource management, particularly water use, with a strategy to repurpose existing water rights and operate within regional groundwater management plans. The campus aims for a fraction of the water usage of similar large-scale facilities, with projected daily water usage comparable to a few households.

The project is projected to create significant economic benefits, including 672 direct on-site positions and 1,802 total jobs, with competitive wages. It also anticipates substantial tax revenue for Iron County over 20 years, supporting local schools, infrastructure, and public safety.

Strategically positioned in Iron County, the campus offers connectivity to major Western U.S. markets, including Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Denver, with access to Interstate-15 and regional aviation hubs. Environmental considerations include low-profile architecture, native xeriscaping, and shielded lighting to protect the night sky.
