The campus is situated in Oncor’s deregulated power territory, allowing access to 100% renewable energy programs. It features sub-three-millisecond round-trip latency to Dallas’s Infomart and diverse fiber connectivity to major Texas hubs. Multiple data center configurations are available, with speculative development underway and build-to-suit options planned. The location provides convenient access to major transportation corridors and is strategically positioned approximately two hours from the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and Oklahoma City. The campus also includes premium amenities such as EV charging stations, customizable office suites, and a dedicated visitor center, supporting sustainability initiatives and offering a competitive total cost of ownership.
