Vantage Data Centers

Vantage Data Centers has filed plans to build TX12, its second facility on the TX1 campus in San Antonio, Texas. The two-story data center will span 432,800 square feet and deliver up to 96MW of critical IT capacity. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2025 and finish by August 2027, with a total investment of $276.8 million.

Located at 17420 Omicron Drive in Bexar County, TX12 follows the earlier TX11 project and expands Vantage’s footprint near major cloud and enterprise infrastructure. The site is adjacent to a large Microsoft campus and close to other hyperscale developments, reinforcing San Antonio’s role as a growing data center hub.
