Stream DC San Antonio III Campus

Stream’s third San Antonio campus is scheduled to support 1.5 million square feet of data center space with a $400M investment, supporting 200 MW at full build.

This first facility on the new campus, San Antonio III, is currently under construction for 300,000 initial square feet of turnkey data center space and an on-site 334 MW CPS substation, scheduled for occupancy in 2Q 2025.

Strategically located on West Military Drive and Loop 1604, the new West San Antonio campus will leverage a nationally competitive energy market while prioritizing sustainability and taking advantage of the latest in infrastructure design, enabling reliability, security, scalability, and uptime. The new data center campus is located less than five miles from Stream’s nearby facility, San Antonio II, and as the third area data center, Stream is set to reaffirm its commitment to meeting the increasing demands of hyperscalers in Texas, and beyond.

- Up to five new buildings will support up to 200 MW across 1.5 million data center square feet.

- Three out of the new buildings, 120 MW, remain available for new tenant deployments.

- On-site dual-fed breaker and a half CPS substation, with 2N configuration to each building.
