This flagship data center, nestled on a sprawling 75-acre site between Austin and San Antonio, is designed to be a Next-Gen, Net-Zero facility with an initial capacity of 20MW, scalable to 30MW. The region's abundant sunshine, geological stability, and favorable climate make it an ideal location for this cutting-edge development.

The facility is powered by a robust 100MW solar energy infrastructure, featuring a Next-Gen solar farm located adjacent to the data center and several additional 10MW solar farms distributed locally. This "behind the meter" power generation ensures a cost-effective and sustainable energy supply.

CloudBurst Central Texas is tailored to support emerging technologies such as AI, immersive cooling, and high-density racks. It caters to a diverse clientele, including tech startups, SMMEs, high-profile businesses, government entities, NGOs, and technology innovators committed to Net-Zero practices.
