1000 Bolton Road

Legacy Investing is developing a new 50MW data center located at 1000 Bolton Road in Marion, Texas, approximately 26 miles east of San Antonio. The 39-acre site will feature over 100,000 sq ft of data hall space within a total facility of approximately 243,000 sq ft, with potential for expansion to 150MW. This facility is specifically designed to support AI inference workloads, incorporating direct-to-chip cooling, closed chilled water loops, and flexible infrastructure to accommodate tenant density, cooling, and redundancy needs. The project is currently under development and is slated for service readiness in Q4 2027. The site was formerly the San Antonio Karting Complex.
