Aligned Data Centers

The Aligned LBB-01 Campus, also known as Project Caprock, is a significant 540MW data center development located in Hale County near Abernathy, Texas. This 313-acre site will comprise six facilities, offering 1.65 million square feet of capacity and is slated for service entry in Q1 2027. Designed to support hyperscale cloud and AI workloads, the campus prioritizes high-density compute infrastructure. Aligned will implement its DeltaFlow liquid cooling technology, combined with an air-cooled heat rejection system and a closed-loop design, to manage heat loads efficiently while minimizing water consumption and protecting the Ogallala Aquifer. The project includes the construction of dedicated electrical infrastructure to ensure sufficient power for high-density operations, developed in partnership with Xcel Energy. The campus is expected to contribute substantially to the regional economy through job creation and tax revenue.
