TRG Houston Two HOU2

HOU2 represents the next phase of TRG Datacenters’ Houston campus expansion, following the success of HOU1. The new facility spans 110,000 square feet and will deliver up to 24 megawatts of utility power - with move-in–ready capacity expected by Q4 2026.

Designed with the same emphasis on resilience and flexibility that made HOU1 a regional benchmark, HOU2 will feature distributed-redundant infrastructure and adaptable data halls. It is planned to support a wide range of workloads: from traditional enterprise hosting to high-density cloud and AI deployments - including high-power racks (e.g. 120 kW+ per rack) and modern GPU environments.

The campus already benefits from a rich connectivity ecosystem - 16 on-site carriers, extensive wholesale fiber, and cross-connect services - which HOU2 will inherit. Because power capacity and entitlement are secured on an existing, operational site, HOU2 offers customers certainty and predictability in a tight U.S. data center market.

With planned offerings ranging from full dedicated data centers and private data halls to cabinet-to-cage colocation, HOU2 is tailored to meet diverse tenant needs. In effect, HOU2 positions TRG’s Houston campus as a go-to destination for enterprises, cloud service providers, and AI-focused workloads seeking scalable, high-density, and high-availability infrastructure.
