Located at 2626 Spring Cypress Road in Spring, Texas, TRG’s Houston campus spans ~155,000 sq ft across two data centers - the operational HOU1 and the soon-to-launch HOU2.
HOU1, brought online in 2018, is a purpose-built 45,000 sq ft colocation facility engineered for reliability: a 2N+1 power and cooling architecture, geographically diverse redundant feeds, indoor generators and a waterless cooling system underpin its fault tolerance. Since opening, it has maintained a flawless 100% uptime record while serving over 160 customers including major enterprises.
To meet surging demand - especially from cloud, enterprise and AI workloads - TRG began construction (late 2025) on HOU2, a 110,000 sq ft / 24 MW facility slated for first-phase delivery by Q4 2026. HOU2 is being designed with flexible data halls, high-rack-density support, and the same robust infrastructure redundancy as HOU1.
