The CTX Campus, located at 15555 Cutten Road in Hockley, Texas, is part of this expansion. The combined sites span 250 acres and offer over 500MW of power capacity. Specifically, the CTX Campus includes plans for a new 438,000 sq ft (40,691 sqm) facility, designated as CTX2, which will be developed adjacent to existing data center infrastructure. This strategic location in the Houston market positions Serverfarm to serve growing demand for data center services in the region.
