Vantage Frontier - Building 10

Vantage Frontier is a 1,200-acre hyperscale data center campus in Shackelford County, Texas, near Abilene, at the intersection of Highway 604 and Highway 351. The campus is planned to comprise 10 one-story data centers totaling 3.7 million square feet of space. Upon full development, it is expected to provide 1.4 GW of critical IT load, with rack densities of up to 1.4 kW per square foot.

The campus is designed to support next-generation GPU workloads and features a cooling infrastructure combining air-cooled and liquid-to-liquid cooling solutions. The development is expected to create approximately 250 full-time jobs, with up to 6,500 workers during peak construction and an estimated annual payroll of $25 million.

Vantage has also committed to supporting the local community through job fairs, up to 10 college scholarships annually, and $150,000 in annual contributions to community causes for the first 10 years. A 10-year tax abatement agreement is expected to provide approximately $10 million annually to Shackelford County.
