Stream DC Graham Campus

Stream Data Centers, through its affiliate Headwaters Site Development, is proposing 'Project Saltworks,' a substantial data center campus on approximately 867 acres in Graham, Texas. Located south of Lake Graham and bordered by FM 61 and FM 209, the project is slated to include up to 15 data center buildings, substations, and on-site infrastructure. The development aims to attract significant private investment, with projections suggesting substantial tax revenue generation for local school and hospital districts without increasing taxpayer costs. The project emphasizes sustainability, responsible water use via a closed-loop cooling system, low noise emissions, and minimal environmental impact, with nearly half the property designated for undisturbed natural vegetation. Project Saltworks is expected to create hundreds of permanent jobs and over 1,000 construction jobs during its development phases, contributing to the economic growth of Young County and the City of Graham.
