Stream DC DFWC - Wilmer II Campus

Stream DC DFWC1 is a planned hyperscale data center facility within the Stream DC DFWC – Wilmer II Campus, located at the northeast corner of Sunrise and Beltline Roads in Wilmer, Texas. The facility is one of three planned data center facilities on the 140-acre campus, which is being developed to support the growing demand for hyperscale and build-to-suit infrastructure in the South Dallas market.

DFWC1 is planned to provide up to 80MW of critical capacity. The three facilities will collectively provide up to 240MW of critical capacity and more than 1.52 million sq ft of data center space at full campus build-out. The campus will be supported by a dedicated 372MW Oncor substation designed to accommodate the full planned capacity, providing substantial utility infrastructure for future expansion.

The DFWC1 facility will benefit from the campus's extensive fiber infrastructure and network-rich environment, with access to local, long-haul, and dark fiber providers and sub-1ms round-trip latency to major carrier hotels. Stream's build-to-suit approach allows the facility to be configured around specific customer requirements while incorporating adaptable tier-level designs and resilient construction standards.

The Wilmer II Campus is designed to support sustainable and efficient operations, with 100% renewable power available at competitive transmission rates and air-cooled infrastructure intended to enhance water efficiency. The site is strategically located outside major flight paths, railways, and the FEMA 500-year flood plain, while providing convenient access to Downtown Dallas, multiple airports, and the broader Dallas–Fort Worth market.
