Stream Data Centers is developing its second hyperscale campus in Wilmer, Texas, located on a 140-acre site in South Dallas County. The Wilmer II campus is designed to support up to 240MW of IT load across 1.4 million square feet, backed by a dedicated 372MW Oncor substation.
Tenants will benefit from robust utility power, diverse fiber connectivity, and proximity to downtown Dallas and major transport hubs. The site is positioned outside flight paths and flood zones, offering low-latency access to carrier hotels and cloud interconnection points.
Stream’s build-to-suit approach and adaptable tier-level design enable tailored solutions for hyperscale and enterprise customers. The campus supports 100 percent renewable power and qualifies for Texas’s data center sales tax exemption, making it a cost-effective and sustainable option for large-scale deployments.
