STACK Infrastructure's DFW02 campus is a massive 216MW, 102-acre data center campus located in Lancaster, Texas, about 17 miles south of Dallas. With a planned delivery in the second half of 2026, the campus aims to meet the growing capacity demands of hyperscale cloud providers and enterprises in the booming Dallas data center market. The master-planned campus features six buildings that can offer a combined 216MW of critical IT capacity across 1.5 million square feet of space.

The DFW02 campus is designed with future-proofing and flexibility in mind to adapt to evolving technology needs. It offers AI-ready capabilities with support for liquid cooling solutions like liquid-to-chip to enable high-density compute workloads. The campus receives dedicated power from an on-site substation for reliability. It also utilizes 100% renewable energy to align with corporate sustainability goals. Clients can deploy using STACK's POWERSTACK powered shell or HYPERSTACK build-to-suit models.

On the security front, the DFW02 campus has 24/7 on-site personnel, dual-factor biometric access controls, perimeter fencing, and comprehensive CCTV monitoring. It is carrier-neutral with diverse fiber entrances. The campus supports a range of amenities like secure loading docks, office spaces, storage areas, conference rooms, and more to meet client operational needs.
