Skybox Atlantic Station DC2 is a component of a significant data center campus located at 2300 W Plano Pkwy in Plano, Texas, within the Dallas market. The overall campus is designed for 100 MW of power and up to 1 million square feet of developable data center space across a sixty-four-acre site. DC2 offers flexible configurations, including 2N, N+1, and N options, with power densities ranging from 300-1000 W/SF. The facility boasts a strategic location with excellent access to major freeways, enabling efficient north/south and east/west connectivity. It features a data center, roof, and utility yard engineered to withstand 190 MPH winds. Power infrastructure includes an onsite, privately owned substation expandable to 100 MW, with current site availability of 25 MVA for 2N distribution. The campus is served by a comprehensive network of metro and long-haul fiber providers, ensuring robust connectivity. Security is paramount, with provisions for 24/7 onsite security and critical facility operations teams, complemented by an 8-foot Ameristar II security fence.
