QTS South Dallas DC6, located at 421 Mason Road in Wilmer, Texas, is a planned data center development by QTS Data Centers, owned by Blackstone. This facility will be a two-story building spanning 363,500 sq ft (33,770 sqm) and represents a $290 million investment. Construction is slated to commence in July 2026, with an anticipated completion date of September 2027. DC6 is part of the expansion of QTS's DFW2 campus in Wilmer, which also includes the development of DC5. QTS operates other data centers in the Dallas market, including a 55-acre campus in Irving with 147MW capacity, and has a presence in Fort Worth and a developing campus in San Antonio.
